Please remember that there is a 100’ “no-wake rule” on Canadarago Lake. It is illegal to make a wake within 100 feet of the shoreline. The reason for this is to help limit erosion which is rapidly claiming our shorelines.
Please be aware of the dangers of lightning, especially while boating. It is advisable to get off the lake as soon as possible when you can see lightning or hear thunder. Lightning has been known to strike at a distance of up to 10 miles away. In a recent storm, it was noted that many boaters stayed out on the lake!
